First of all the box room scene looks like this - with basic global illumination switched on. Looks good already however tweaks can make it looks better I think...

...secondly I had to smooth that nasty line on the far side of the wall where the light meets the wall - creating a harsh shadow.

...Thirdly I decided to change the colour of the light - just attempting different effects. This clearly looked wrong for what I was going for however still very interesting...

...and then I went ahead and altered the Photon colour themselves (the lil pieces that are being bounced around within the room) Its evidently SPLOTCHY here...

...Which is where the Accuracy comes in. Turning it down had a bad effect on it and made it worse however...

leaving it along I think it looked just fine... a reasonably smooth shade over it all.
